PROPERTY developer Saujana Permai Development Sdn Bhd has unveiled its fourth Saujana development series, TCS Arcadia at TCS Arcadia Sales Gallery, Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom.
With a total gross development value of RM280mil, the mixed development sits on a 1.33ha leasehold land, offering a total of 460 units of apartment and 43 units of retail shops.
TCS Group Holdings Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Tee Chai Seng said TCS Arcadia, the fourth Saujana Series developed by TCS Group of Companies, is one of the many projects the company is excited about.
“We are delighted to bring this residential component to the fast growing area of Bandar Saujana Putra.
“Our service apartments come in two towers, Tower A and Tower B, offering homebuyers three spacious layouts ranging from 976sq ft to 816sq ft.
“We have received positive response from the public on the development, and more than half of the tower has already been taken up since the launch of Tower B.

“At this rate, we are expecting it to be sold out by the end of March and later, we will launch Tower A,” Tee said.
Priced from RM485,000, Tee added the residential component is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2020 or earlier.

Not only that, it is also close to key neighbourhoods and malls such as IOI City Mall, 16 Sierra, Putra Heights, USJ, Puchong, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
Prior to this, the company had successfully completed Saujana Permai, Saujana Avenue and Saujana Prima in the area.
“We are also planning to launch TCS Saujana Lakeview, comprising 296 units of apartments and Hillpark@Puncak Jalil, offering 160 units of three-storey semi-detached homes and 178 units of apartments by the end of this year,” Tee revealed.
During the launch, fun activities were held such as an acrobatic lion dance, yee sang tossing, property talks, clowns and sand art activities at the Kids Corner.
