TPPT Sdn Bhd’s latest condominium project – Emerald Residence at the southwest of Penang island in Teluk Kumbar – will be launched early next year.

Steven Cheah, the exclusive marketing agent for the whole project, said they expected demand for property in the township to rise with the completion of a new four-lane road linking Bayan Lepas and Teluk Kumbar in December.

“The easy accessibility to the multinational firms in Bayan Lepas will fuel demand for homes in Teluk Kumbar.

“The project is located just after Bayan Lepas and before the Teluk Kumbar main town.

He said the Emerald Residence condominium units were priced competitively from RM478,000 or at RM428 psf.

The units offer a spacious layout from 1,114sq ft and 1,183sq ft. They come with two free car park bays.

The project, which started in early 2016 is 50%, completed now.

It will comprise three blocks of 441 units with only six units per floor.

Visitors are invited to preview the first block, Block B2, at the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 at Queensbay Mall, Penang, at booth B3.

Early bird incentives will be offered during the fair from today till Sunday from 10.30am to 10.30pm.

Cheah said buyers pay only 1% of the purchase price as the developer was giving a 9% rebate as incentive.

“The 90% balance is payable only upon completion of the property at the end of next year.

“This is due to the build & sell concept which only strong and reputable developers can afford to undertake.

“Purchasers will be able to save substantially on bank interest.

“The developer will only bill the purchasers upon the completion of the property.”

Cheah said the developer would also absorb the legal fees for the Sale & Purchase Agreement.

Emerald Residence is the second condominium project at Teluk Kumbar Heights which is on southwest Penang island.

Emerald Residence will come with a full array of facilities at Level Four.

They include an infinity pool, gym and recreation areas.
