Melbourne Square is the single largest integrated development of its kind, featuring a two-hectare mixed-integrated development in Southbank with a gross development value (GDV) of RM9bil.
Located within a five minutes’ walk from Australia’s vibrant entertainment centre, Crown Melbourne, the KL launch of Phase 1 of Melbourne Square received overwhelming response. The two-day event also saw the second tower – West Tower – opened for purchase for the first time exclusively in Malaysia.
OSK Group deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing said they were excited about Melbourne Square’s launch in Kuala Lumpur.

Phase 1 of Melbourne Square comprises two elliptical designer residential towers with 1,043 apartments, defined by their shimmering pleated facade and comprehensive residential facilities.
Unique features include a designer urban park, the largest supermarket in the area, and restaurants and cafes.
Future stages will feature a hotel, a commercial office tower and apartment towers.
