TO USHER in good luck and prosperity for the Lunar New Year, Chin Hin Property Development kicked off its celebrations with a lion dance performance at its property gallery at Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
Despite the downpour, guests and members of the public crowded around the premises to catch a glimpse of the National Malaysian Lion Dance Champion of 2017 troupe in action.
In conjunction with the festive occasion, potential buyers of Aera Residence in Petaling Jaya were also treated to a one-day promotion with attractive cash rebates.
The development, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM300mil, consists of two residential towers built on a 1.25ha-leasehold land that is slated for completion in 2021.
Tower A and Tower B comprise 752 serviced apartment units altogether, at prices starting from RM355,000. Offering a minimum of two-bedroom layouts, the units come in built-up areas starting from 718sq ft to 1010sq ft; each unit comes with two parking bays.
Chin Hin Property Development managing director Yeo Chun Sing shared that the project had been receiving positive response and 75% of the units have been sold to date, with secured bank loans as of March last year.
“Given the affordable price for owning a unique lakeside property, the project definitely appeals to young families and first-time homebuyers,” he said.
Future residents of Aera Residence will get to enjoy facilities such as swimming pool, gym, mini theatre, rooftop garden as well as badminton, squash and futsal courts.
The development has easy access to major highways such as New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Federal Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas) and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite).
Business hubs, healthcare amenities and higher learning institutions are just a short drive away.
“We are committed to uplifting the standard of living for all Malaysians, and this is the driving force behind the exceptional value, design and planning of Aera Residence,” concluded Yeo.
