DEVELOPER Kinta Properties has unveiled a modern cluster design of both single- and double-storey homes.
Known as Primrose the homes are situated in the guarded precinct of Pine Park in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang.
The cluster design consists of a group of four homes in a square block, allowing each home to have a piece of land along its side as well as its own private courtyard.
The first phase of the project will feature eight single-storey homes with a built up areas of 1,395sq ft, and 32 double-storey cluster homes with a built up areas of 2,387sq ft.
The double-storey houses offer four well-proportioned bedrooms, and four bathrooms, which is ideal for growing families in search of extra space. Unlike terraced houses, the cluster design is not confined by its neighbours on each side.
Every unit is a corner unit with more visible external walls for windows to provide light and ventilation.
