Financing campaign offers new homeowners a convenient way to join the Sunway community
Sunway Property has launched a financing campaign to assist eligible purchasers. The campaign’s comprehensive plan features a low downpayment, cash rewards, guaranteed loan, deferred payment, voluntary exit plan and differentiated sum installments.

Sunway Property also announced that this year it will launch products that include RM2bil in residential properties across eight locations.
Last year’s property launches totalled RM1.1bil. Sunway Property completed RM610mil worth of new investment properties comprising healthcare, commercial, hospitality and education assets in its flagship integrated townships and major developments.
Half of the developments to be launched this year will be in its integrated townships, where the developer recorded its best takeup rates last year. Also on the way are two urban lifestyle developments and projects in Singapore and China.
The launches include Sunway GEO Lake, Sunway Citrine Lakehomes, Sunway Onsen Suites, apartments in Sunway Velocity TWO, apartments in Sunway Wangsa Maju, designer shops in Sunway Wellesley, condominiums in Sunway Tianjin Eco City, and Rivercove Residence in Singapore.
The developer will continue to pursue landbanking activities following last year’s active landbanking that saw it snap up 37.4 acres of prime land suitable for transit-oriented developments totalling RM5.5bil in gross development value (GDV).
At the moment, Sunway Property’s landbank totals 3,305 acres with a GDV of RM53bil – 56% of the landbank is in Johor, 30% in the Klang Valley, and 6% in Penang.
Investment properties to be built in the coming years include the Sunway Velocity Medical Centre in Klang Valley, the Seberang Jaya Medical Centre in Penang, and Sunway Big Box Retail, Sunway XPark and Sunway Hotel in Sunway Iskandar.
