Strategically located in thriving integrated township of Ara Damansara
ARA DAMANSARA: Sime Darby Property Bhd had officially opened for sale Cantara Residences Tower C last Saturday. The development is located on one of the last undeveloped plots in Ara Damansara.
According to statement, Tower C is part of Cantara Residences, a freehold integrated development that comprises 188 residential units.
Launched in May 2016, Cantara Residences is made up of 888 units of serviced apartments and 13 commercial units with an iconic link bridge connecting its four residential towers. The development is expected to be completed by 2020.
Cantara Residences offers units ranging from 646 to 700 sq ft with one bedroom and one study room. It also presents units that hold a built-up of 2,145 sq ft with 3+2 bedrooms.
To-date, Cantara Residences Tower A and Tower B have seen a healthy take-up rate of 96% and 78% respectively.
“Cantara Residences has excellent connectivity to major highways and is just 500m from the Lembah Subang Light Rail Transit (LRT) station,” said Sime Darby Property senior general manager for township development Zaharudin Sa’at.
The facilities planned include two swimming pools, two wading pools, cool and hot dip pools with sauna and steam room facilities, two children’s playgrounds (dry and wet play), an aqua gym, half basketball court, Sky Bridge, yoga lawn, futsal court and jogging track.
The Sky Bridge on level 18 connects all four residential towers for convenience. The roof of the Sky Bridge is topped with an outdoor landscaped park and a viewing deck.
The township is well-connected via highways such as the Federal highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Lebuhraya-Damansara Puchong (LDP).
Also, developments in Ara Damansara enjoy proximity to the recently opened LRT linkage - the Kelana Jaya Line Extension - which services Ara Damansara.
