YARRA Park with a wholesome and serene environment is poised to be the choice address in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

It is being developed by OSK Properties Sdn Bhd (OSKP) and will be a green and modern township spanning 430 acres, split into eight lush precincts with extensive landscaping and myriad lifestyle facilities.

The company’s branch head Paul Tan said the project would be their second township following Bandar Puteri Jaya nearby.

Yarra Park will comprise both residential and commercial components.

Its first phase is the Fairfield Villas with 122 stylish bungalows housed within a 17-acre guarded community.

These homes have a built-up area of 3,376sq ft and sit on 5,400sq ft plots.

They come with five bedrooms and 4+1 bathrooms, and are set for completion in 2017.

The bungalows are also equipped with home alarm systems and will be broadband-ready.

The Fairfield Villas are priced from RM821,800 and will be the company’s highlight offering at the Star Property Fair 2015 in Queensbay Mall, Penang, from Oct 1 to 4.

Yarra Park dwellers will have easy access to various amenities in the vicinity.

Financial, educational, recreational and hospitality facilities in rapidly developing Sungai Petani are also close by.

The company will launch the remaining seven phases of the RM1.3bil township over the next eight years.

The commercial element will occupy 41 acres, with the rest being residential.
