PETALING JAYA: Encouraged by the overwhelming response for the first phase of Andira Park, a landed development in Puchong, Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd will be launching the second and final phase of their development on coming Saturday (Sep 16).

According to the statement, the first phase of properties by Bukit Hitam Development have sold 62 units( 82%) within the first day.

The company stated that 50% of the units in the first phase of Andira Park, which was the 38 units of two-storey link villas, were sold within the first three hours.

The first phase of houses made available for customers consisted of 38 units of two-storey link villas and three-storey link villas, which were released on Aug 19.

For the second phase, Bukit Hitam Development said it would consist of 64 units of two- and three-storey link villas with a built-up area of 1,583 and 1,789 sq ft respectively, together with five units of premier three-storey terraced homes with built-up area starting from 2,347 sq ft.

According to the company, the two-storey link villa would be priced at RM686,000 while the three-storey link villa is available for RM731,000.

The company added that the site clearing has commenced and construction work for the project is expected to be completed by August 2019.

Andira Park is an 8.33-acre landed development on a freehold site in Bukit Puchong, Selangor.
