PETALING JAYA: Celebrating the prosperous Year of Dog, IJM Land Bhd organises Gong Hei Big Fun Day at The ARC sales gallery, Bandar Rimbayu.
The event was filled with numerous activities for the whole family to enjoy such as the vibrant acrobatic lion dance performance, calligraphy competitions, shanghai-street style photo booths, and also a grand Yee Sang toss ceremony.
“This event is one of our effort to instil the sense of belonging to the residents at Bandar Rimbayu. We at IJM Land aspire to emphasise the aspect of community in every township that we build,” said IJM Land Bhd senior general manager of Bandar Rimbayu Chai Kian Soon.
With the total acquired 1,897 acres of land at Bandar Rimbayu, IJM Land Bhd managing director Edward Chong Sin Kiat said they were planning to launch its phase 11 and 12 soon.
“Seeing the overwhelming response to our phase 10 launch, we are going to launch 3000 units of houses for the phase 11 in the nearest future.
“Buyers can expect a slightly bigger build-up size compared to the current phase. We also provide several different sizes to cater to a variety of family sizes,” he added.
“The process of developing a township had always started with attracting the residents first before we built on other facilities,” said Chong.
The Oasis International School, slated to be opened this September, would be one of the facilities, as well as Blossom Square, a two- and three-storey shop lots located near the school.
