PETALING JAYA: Premium boutique developer Bon Estates has awarded the RM291mil worth of main construction contract for its luxury project, The Estate@South Bangsar, to Kerjaya Prospek.

Both parties signed the deal to mark the first collaboration between the boutique developer and Kerjaya Prospek.

Bon Estates managing director Goh Soo Sing said Kerjaya Prospek has more than 20 years of experience in building to the highest industry standards.

“With their stellar track records of hundred percent delivery, we know that The Estate is in good hands,” he said.

Both parties signed the deal to mark the first collaboration between Bon Estates and Kerjaya Prospek.

Overlooking the majestic view of the Bukit Gasing forest reserve, The Estate is a luxury condominium development situated on 3.68 acres of freehold land in South Bangsar. The development features two blocks of the 46-storey high-rise residential building.

Designed with the family in mind, The Estate offers a total of 328 units of four+one or five+one bedroom condos. The spacious built-ups range between 2,346 and 3,474 sq ft.

Some units will be designed as "dual key" condo, a concept that encourages multi-generation cohabitation while provides a level of privacy.

“I believe the selection of Kerjaya Prospek with such a strong reputation in quality delivery provides a necessary foundation to achieve this and provides lots of confidence as we move forward with our ambitions for The Estate,” said Goh.

Kerjaya Prospek executive chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho said that the construction works are scheduled to commence next month.

The development will be built through incorporating Industrialised Building System (IBS) and adhering to the QLASSIC standards.

The expected completion date for The Estate is May 2020.
