Award winners set the benchmark for future property marvels

FOLLOWING the success of the inaugural StarProperty.my Awards 2016, this year's response to the competition was overwhelming as new categories were brought to the table.
More than 60 projects from over 30 industry heavyweights took part in the StarProperty.my Awards 2017 which extended its influence to recognise eminent projects from north to south of Peninsular Malaysia.
To distinguish between the different concepts and visions presented by the various developers and projects, new categories were introduced to help readers gauge the features and facilities offered by the prominent developments in the market.
Besides the coveted All-Star Award that recognises top performers in the property industry, readers were also given a choice to vote in the StarProperty.my Readers’ & Voters’ Choice Award.

This award is aimed at paying tribute to those developers who have gained the trust and respect of the community by building sustainable and safe neighbourhoods, offering quality products, as well as consistently giving back to society.
The best-in-class organisations with relentless contributions towards the success of the real estate industry for the year 2017 were recognised and awarded for their outstanding performance.
To celebrate the success of the achievers, an exclusive StarProperty.my Awards Night 2017 was held on March 21, which was graced by the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, as the guest of honour.
An exclusive property showcase featuring projects by the award-winning developers and projects are also held at The Curve Shopping Mall from Thursday March 30 to Sunday April 2, 10am to 10pm. Visit fair.starproperty.my for more information.
The developments will also be highlighted as a compilation in a book entitled “Malaysia's Most Exceptional Developments 2017”.
