KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Hartanah Bhd, a subsidiary of Berjaya Land Bhd has launched OAKA Residences, a luxury residential development located at Bukit Jalil and is catered to young families.
Developed on a 2.2-acre freehold plot, OAKA Residences features a modern design, pet-friendly living, and family-oriented facilities in a low-density development of 350 units. The unit sizes range from 882 sq ft to 1,509 sq ft in two- or three-bedroom configurations. The Tropika Bukit Jalil, a serviced residence development located in OAKA Residences’ vicinity, was fully sold and vacant possessions were delivered to home buyers earlier this year.
