PETALING JAYA: B&G Property armed with B&G Capital Resources Bhd recently completed V-Residensi 2 and is in the process of handing over its latest serviced apartment project.

In conjunction with the completion of the project, B&G Property has organised a housewarming party as a token of appreciation to the owners and to give them a warm welcome into their newly completed home.

B&G Property marketing manager Adrian Soon said: “We organised this event especially for all owners to come and take the first look of V-Residensi 2, as well as to have a first-hand experience of the newly completed project before they get their keys.”

Approximately 1,300 owners and their families turned out for the evening event to enjoying exciting activities, including lion dance performance, live band, magic show and lucky draws.

One of the attractive features at V-Residensi 2 is the property management smartphone app that allows the residents to book facilities, register a visitor, check their outstanding maintenance charges, make a payment and submit suggestions or complaints.

“This app is one of the many ways we aim to give the best experience to our customers,” said Soon.

The development is located at Batu Tiga, bordering Shah Alam and Subang Jaya. It comprises 616 units of serviced apartments housed in two blocks, as well as three storeys of shops.

This development marked B&G Property’s first completed project in the Shah Alam area.

B&G Property’s next project is V-Residensi 5, which is located within the vibrant city of Selayang. The development consists of 240 serviced apartment units that offer built-ups ranging between 1,203 and 1,683 sq ft.

The event ended with a lucky draw session, in which three grand prizes that give away an additional car park bay. The lucky winners are Ng Yen Yen, Tang Wan Hay and Hairul Azhar bin Isa.
