Kota Kemuning– Excitement filled the air as Tropicana Aman welcomed a sea of 800 participants in yellow thematic T-shirts at the main flag off area for a lively Zumba aerobic session before they walked and pedalled around the scenic development on 26 March 2017.

Backed by its commitment to sustainability and green living, the event was initially launched in 2015 with the intention to encourage a healthier and wholesome lifestyle.

The development is poised to be the most desired address in Kota Kemuning where one can find the balance in life, with its development icon, the yellow bicycle as a reminder that it is time to slow down, breathe in the fresh air and live in a walk and bike-friendly environment.

“We are extremely delighted to host the 4th installation of our ‘Walk & Ride Yellow Event’ with such an overwhelming turnout at Tropicana Aman.” Tropicana marketing and sales executive director Ung Lay Ting said.

“This time around, we completed an exciting route going through the development, allowing the participants to have the firsthand experience of a wholesome lifestyle one is expected to enjoy at Tropicana Aman, one of Tropicana’s largest townships.

The 2-km fun walk and 16-km bike ride event showcases the walking and biking concept of Tropicana Aman with a generous 85-acre Central Park and a 7km trail designed for walking, jogging and biking.”

After the event, guests were given goodies bags which included finishers’ medals and were treated to a hearty breakfast.

There was also a HelloGIF interactive digital booth and lucky draws, where a total of 70 prizes were given away, including 5 grand prizes of the iconic yellow bicycle.

Nurhidayah, one of the lucky grand prize winners gleefully said, “What a fabulous and meaningful way to spend a Sunday morning!”
