Puchong: TAHPS Group Bhd launched the Andira Park phase one landed homes at Bukit Puchong last Saturday. The houses have been fully sold out over the weekend.
Andira Park sits on an 8.33 freehold site, with a gross development value of some RM100mil. Located at the developer’s township development of Bukit Puchong, the gated and guarded landed stratified development is a low density landed residential project.
Consisting of 140 units of two and three-storey link villas and three-storey terraced homes, Andira Park link villas built-up consist of 1,583 and 1,789 sq ft respectively. The three-storey terraced houses, on the other hand, has a built-up of 2,347 sq ft.
The phase one launch consisted of 76 units of two and three-storey link villas which were quickly sold out by the end of Sunday.
Initial prices for the two and three-storey link villas were at RM686,000 and RM731,000 respectively. Rebates offered by the developers, however, revised the prices to RM618,000 for the two-storey unit and RM648,000 for the three-storey unit.
As according to TAHPS chief executive officer Eugene Khoo, the project was highly sought by buyers.
“Around 82% of the 76 units were snapped up yesterday while the remaining 14 units of the three-storey link villas were sold today. We also received visitors from Penang and Terengganu besides the local buyers of the Puchong area.”
“Interested buyers had queued up at the sales gallery for the launch since 2 am yesterday. The majority of them purchased the units for self-usage while a few of them purchased for investment purposes,” said Khoo.
He also stated that the purchasers who did not manage to buy a unit are currently on the reserve list in case of cancellations.
Based on the overwhelming response from the buyers, Khoo believes that there is still retail liquidity in the market which is seeking unique value for money products.
“What made Andira Park a success is a unique design and attractive pricing. Add on the fact that it is a landed property on freehold land, it is a very appealing purchase,” said Khoo.
