RAZAK City Residences in Salak South will offer urbanites a new home within a strategic location.
The serviced apartments will be located between three major highways – Sungai Besi Highway (Besraya), KL-Seremban Highway, and the North-South Expressway.
Razak City residents will be able to move with ease between Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.

During the Razak City Residences “Party in the City” launch, Akisama Group celebrated the opening of sales with much fanfare and festivities.

Razak City Residences units are currently selling from RM389,000 for 800sq ft units, while the 1,045sq ft units start from RM509,000.
These can be either furnished or unfurnished units.
Buyers will also enjoy a five-year maintenance fee waiver, as well as a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) legal fee and loan agreement fee waiver.
A downpayment of RM5,000 will be required, and buyers must have estimated net household income of RM3,300.
The estimated monthly loan repayment is approximately RM1,600.
Developers Akisama Group is expecting to complete the project in 2022.
