RAZAK City Residences in Salak South will offer urbanites a new home within a strategic location.

Buyers will also enjoy a five-year maintenance fee waiver, as well as a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) legal fee and loan agreement fee waiver.
A downpayment of RM5,000 will be required, and buyers must have estimated net household income of RM3,300.
The estimated monthly loan repayment is approximately RM1,600.
Developers Akisama Group is expecting to complete the project in 2022.
