KUALA LUMPUR: It was an evening of networking and knowledge sharing for members of the KL & Selangor Property Investor Club, whose 2020 meeting was held at Cyberhub, Menara Star last week.

Speakers from various property backgrounds were enlisted to enrich fellow members with advice and information. Among them is ECS valuation & Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd operation manager Ken Teo, who provided his experience with regards to property management as well as rights under the Strata Management Act 2013.

EasyLaw Malaysia founder June Low touched on the topic of land search, the process required to conduct it and the information to be derived from it. On the other hand, Ernest Cheong PTL Chartered Surveyors consultant and senior partner Dr Ernest Cheong spoke on the subject of loan compression, cashback scheme and the possible solutions to the problem.
