A Fresher Entrance
Elevating accessibility and comfort for visitors, the mall's main entrance has been transformed to feature a level ground for improved wheelchair and stroller accessibility.
Beat the heat with the powerful air-lock system that cools the temperature for visitors arriving and departing from the mall.
Not only that, shoppers looking to hail a ride can do so by booking a Grab car at Asia’s first Grab lounge located just opposite the entrance.

Ushering in a new age of urban mobility, electric vehicle owners can now plug-in and charge their vehicles with ease at dedicated Mercedes-Benz EV charging bays located at the car park.

Oasis Garden
Be greeted by a sensorial treat when you ride on Sunway Pyramid’s escalators from levels CP2 to CP7.
Each floor is a unique experience with sounds from 17 different species of birds, three species of monkeys and two species of frogs.
The sound design was specially curated by Sunway University School of Arts Associate Dean and Performance and Media head Prof. Matthew Sansom, complemented with lush greenery and water features all around.

First Grab Lounge in Asia
To ease traffic woes at the main entrance, the first ever Grab Lounge in South East Asia was opened in Sunway Pyramid.
Along with the comfortable waiting lounge are dedicated spaces for vehicles to pick up or drop off their passengers at the main entrance.
It also enables passengers without a Grab account to call for a ride through the booking kiosks installed in the lounge.
Tourists who do not have an account but with a working telephone number will be able to use the service as well.

New Baby Rooms
Built with you and your child’s needs in mind, Sunway Pyramid has unveiled new and upgraded baby rooms.
They are equipped with educational wall toys and a toddler-friendly bench to keep your older children occupied while you tend to your infant at the diaper changing stations and private nursing rooms.
A child-sized toilet is also available in the baby room so parents and guardians will not need to leave the room if your toddler needs to use the restroom.
The rooms also come with air purifiers, Kimberly-Clark foam soap and hand sanitizers, Pigeon baby lotions, baby wash, and liquid cleansers, & Cuckoo hot/cold water dispensers for your convenience.

At Sunway Pyramid, the safety, well-being and comfort of all shoppers are of utmost importance.
From child safety measures like the child safe emergency contact tattoos, child wrist links and double strollers to senior-friendly amenities like complimentary adult diapers, mobile walkers and power wheelchairs for rent, Sunway Pyramid has your needs covered with a wide range of facilities available for all shoppers.
Young family shoppers can also rent a nursing scarf, milk bottle warmer or request for emergency diapers at the concierge counters.
Especially for the ladies – a complimentary ladies emergency kit is available upon request for sanitary and hygiene needs while sewing kits are available on loan to tackle minor wardrobe malfunctions.
To prevent the spread of bacteria and other contaminants, hand sanitisers can be found at all concierge counters.

For families with strollers and young children, a well-lit family parking area is available at B1.

Golden Generation Privileges
In conjunction with the International Day of Older Persons, Sunway Pyramid is among one of the first malls in the region to introduce special privileges and amenities, exclusively for seniors aged 60 and above.
From now till 31 December 2018, seniors can redeem a Senior Privilege Wristband from concierge counters.
If seniors are prone to wander in the mall, family members can write their contact details on the back of the Senior Privilege Wristband for mall personnel or shoppers to assist in reconnecting seniors with their families or guardians.
The mall’s security hotline and Selangor police contact information are also available on the wristband should there be any emergencies.
Seniors can also flash the wristband to enjoy promotions at selected outlets such as Juice Works, Caring Pharmacy, Eu Yan Sang, Guardian and more.
For ease of mobility in the mall, mobile walkers, power strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at the concierges.
The mall has also levelled their main and all other entrances (Blue Entrance and Orange Entrance) for ease of wheelchair access and implemented benches around the mall for the convenience and comfort of senior shoppers.
Wheelchair-friendly toilets are also available on all floors of the mall while priority lifts have been identified at all main areas.
