JOHOR BARU: Tropicana Danga Cove has launched the third and final phase of its Oasis commercial hub near Permas Jaya here.
Oasis 3 will feature 62 units of spacious contemporary three-storey and four-storey offices with built up area of between 5,040 sq ft and 9,627sq ft.
Its senior sales and marketing manager Russell Lim said the project was located within the thriving Iskandar Malaysia with a ready catchment of 500,000 people in the vicinity.
“The eastern part of Johor is very exciting with a lot of growth recorded in the past few years, and this place is a matured area, so it is considered a hotspot for many businesses.
“With a population of half a million, keen buyers are aware of the potential this area has to offer,” he said in an interview.
Lim said Oasis 1 already saw mixed businesses operating at the commercial area, including a boutique hotel, health clinics, pharmacy, a convenience store as well as restaurants.
“We also expect to see some famous eateries operating in Oasis 2 soon,” he said, adding that Oasis 2 had already achieved a 90% take up rate since its launch in 2013.
Lim said the company was confident of encouraging sales momentum spillover to Oasis 3.
“We are very excited over the new launch as clients from our earlier phases have also showed interest in the new phase, which has limited units.
“We envision creating a vibrant business hub with mixed businesses offering a wide range of products and services that cater to local demand,” he noted.
He also said three main expressways, including the Eastern Dispersal Link, Johor Baru East Coast Highway and the Pasir Gudang Highway, were easily accessible from Oasis 3.
Lim added that Oasis 3 featured private lifts for the front row units, ample parking space, 66-feet wide service roads, spacious seven-feet shopfront walkways and vast window display area.
“Oasis 3 is set to follow in the footsteps of its predecessors, promising an encouraging future with its strategic location between the two economic backbones of Iskandar – Johor Baru city and Eastern Gate development,” he added.
Tropicana Danga Cove Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between Tropicana Corporation Bhd and Iskandar Waterfront.
