EXHIBITORS of the Star Property Fair in Penang next month are looking forward to the event which offers visitors fabulous bargains, great prizes and fun activities.
More than 40 major players in the property industry have taken up almost 90 booths for the four-day fair at Gurney Plaza and G Hotel starting July 9.
MTT Properties & Development Sdn Bhd Michelle Goh said the company always found it an advantage to take part in the fair.
“There is publicity and news coverage provided by The Star,” she said after attending a briefing for exhibitors at G Hotel by The Star’s account servicing executive Delphine Ooi on Friday.
The exhibitors were then taken on a site visit by The Star’s technical services manager 2 Leow Kiun Yean.
Goh said those who signed up for MTT’s landed property at the event would be given special packages.
MPSB Venture Sdn Bhd director Jimmy Ng, whose company will be making its debut, said they were excited to be part of the premier property showcase in the northern region.
“We have heard nice things about the fair and we believe it will bring us great benefit,” he said.
Solarvest marketing executive Reik Ong said the company would offer all-in-one solar power investment solutions both for residential and commercial investors during the fair.
“We hope to introduce the big crowd to our products and services,” he said.
Iconic Land Sdn Bhd sales and marketing executive Choo Jen Riang said the fair always provided the company with much-needed exposure.
Exhibitors that have signed up include Eco World Development Sdn Bhd, Ivory Properties Group Berhad, Ideal Group, Mah Sing Group, Tropicana Macalister (Penang) Sdn Bhd, Nuwata Sdn Bhd, Boon Siew Development Sdn Bhd, Taman Sri Bunga Sdn Bhd, Taman Sri Setia Sdn Bhd, Nusmetro City Sdn Bhd, Asia Green Construction Sdn Bhd, Berjaya Land Development Sdn Bhd, B.U. There will be public talks and forums during the fair by experts in their fields such as feng shui, investment and affordable housing.
There will also be a Spin & Win Contest over the four days.
More than RM100,000 worth of prizes including smartphones, tablets and shopping vouchers are up for grabs.
The fair will be open from 10am to 10pm daily. Admission is free.
