The new Waterside Residence offers future residents a lavish lifestyle within IJM Land’s vibrant and award-winning The Light Waterfront Penang enclave.
RISING where the shore meets the sea, IJM Land Berhad’s new Waterside Residence is poised to be all you imagined your dream home would be.
Launched in January, it is the first residential tower within the Phase 2 mixed-development precinct of the award-winning The Light Waterfront Penang.
It was well received, with over 70% of its modern and stylish condo units — spread over a trio of 17, 25 and 33-storey towers — taken up so far.
The remainder, priced from RM749,000 onwards, will be on sale at the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 in Queensbay Mall from today to Sunday.
Lifestyle amenities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium and reading room, among others. Storage lockers are also provided for convenience.
Also upcoming with Phase 2 of The Light are a shopping mall, thematic shops, convention centre, hotels and an office tower.
The new 3 Residence at Karpal Singh Drive has stylish condominiums with seafacing views.
IJM Land will also be opening for registration, its upcoming 3 Residence mixed development at Karpal Singh Drive, which is said to be the last project at this location.
Set for launch by the fourth quarter of this year, its components include condominiums sized from 872sq ft to 1,077sq ft, which have seafacing views.
There will also be shop/office units sized from 1,155sq ft onwards, and a hotel with a proposed net floor area of around 235,000sq ft.
Home-hunters after properties embraced by greenery may also consider the company’s completed and ongoing projects like The Address and Trehaus on Penang island, and Permatang Sanctuary on the mainland.
The Address, located near the Bukit Jambul Golf Club, is already completed with CCC obtained. It has a total of 124 units of boutique condos, and 24 units of duplex lofts.
Only limited units of the duplex lofts with private Jacuzzi and direct pool access, sized at 2,476sq ft, are still available. Prices start from about RM1.7mil, and a show unit is available for viewing by appointment.
Trehaus, located nearby along the Bukit Jambul millionaire’s row, is a low-density enclave with only 46 units of condo villas and 26 units of two and three-storey semi-detached villas.
Inspired by the concept of countryside living, its homes all have modern architecture that frames surrounding views. Condo units are sized at 1,657sq ft with 3+1 rooms, and set for launch in the middle of the year with estimated price tags of RM1.4mil.
The semi-D units range from 2,997sq ft to 3,291sq ft and have 4+1 rooms, priced at RM2.2mil onwards. Construction is set for completion this September.
Both The Address and Trehaus come with excellent lifestyle amenities. Their strategic location also afford easy accessibility from George Town, the Bayan Lepas FTZ and other major townships with numerous amenities.
The 100-acre Permatang Sanctuary in Bukit Mertajam’s Permatang Tinggi area is an idyllic eco-sanctuary with beautiful landscaping that creates a lush and healthy living environment.
Its Phase 2 Sanctuary Villas are already completed with CCC obtained. Limited units of the two-storey bungalows, with built-ups of between 2,787sq ft and 2,861sq ft, are still available at prices of around RM895,000.
The Phase 3 Sanctuary Residence has 218 units of two-storey semi-Ds, link semi-Ds and bungalows with built-up areas ranging from 1,773sq ft to 2,151sq ft. Only limited Bumiputra-release units of Phase 3B, with prices of RM695,000 onwards remain available.
Its location is close to the rapidly developing Batu Kawan area and the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge for connectivity to the island.
Those keen on a business venture may also consider an already completed commercial lot at road level below the Vertiq Condominium in Gelugor, near e-Gate, Tesco and Udini Square. Sized at 12,335sq ft, it is catered to by 25 car park bays directly in front of the lot.
