PETALING JAYA: More than 600,000 homes will be showcased at the “Ekspo Jualan Perumahan - Ke Arah Sejuta Impian, Alami Gaya Hidup Sejahtera”, Edisi Nasional.

“The Government understand the needs of the Rakyat of every income level. This expo is a testimony of the Government’s vision, effort and commitment towards encouraging home ownership for a majority of population in the country,” said chief executive officer of PR1MA Datuk Abdul Mutalib Alias in a statement.
“There is a wide selection of homes available to suit every income level at the expo. There are more than 100 booths categorized according to States and product category for the ease of visitors,” he added.
The event will feature homes by various agencies, including 267,640 PR1MA homes which are designed with lifestyle and community features catering to M40 Malaysians. Some of these homes are priced as low as RM150,000.
Organisers of the event: Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA), Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government (KPKT), Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan (RUMAWIP), 1Malaysia Housing Projects for Civil Servants (PPA1M) and State Governments.
PR1MA is the only authorised party entrusted to develop, manage and maintain PR1MA housing communities to provide homeowners with comfortable and quality living in a harmonious community.
