PETALING JAYA: Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) continues to fulfill their promise for the middle-income (M40) group in Teluk Intan.
“In the coming years, Perak’s socio-economy is expected to experience robust growth, in line with the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) Development Blueprint 2016-2025. The vibrant economy will create more jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities in Perak, which in turn will generate spillover benefits to improve the rakyat’s living standards as well as drive the demand for quality homes.

About PR1MA@Teluk Intan:
- Consists of 957 single and double-storey unit
- Has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM232mil
- Price between RM185,000 and RM250,000
- Phase 1 of the project consists of 523 single-storey unit with a price not more than RM200,000 per unit
- Location will be in close proximity with Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) campus
About PR1MA homes:
- More than 20,000 PR1MA homes that are fairly-priced between RM120,000 and RM350,000 with lifestyle and community features are available in Perak
- Specially catered for the M40 group (average household income of RM6,000)
- PR1MA homes in Perak are in strategic locations such as Bandar Meru Raya, Sungai Raia, Tapah, Kemuniting, Kampung Paloh and Kampar
- 4,350 units have been completed
- 8,071 units are under various stage of construction
