Property developer collaborates with R.E.A.L Education Group to set up R.E.A.L Kids preschool centre in Setapak development.

Setapak– Platinum Victory Group of Companies (Platinum Victory), one of the country’s premier property developers, officially signed an agreement with R.E.A.L Education Group (R.E.A.L) today to open a new R.E.A.L Kids centre at its PV21, Platinum Lake Condominum in Setapak.

Slated to open in August this year, the centre represents a maiden partnership between Platinum Victory and R.E.A.L, two established players in the property and education industries respectively.

Present to officiate the agreement are Platinum Victory Group director Gary Gan Kah Siong, R.E.A.L Education Group president Ee Ching Wah, witnessed by Platinum Victory Group senior legal manager Pang Cheng Wei and R.E.A.L Kids general manager Rachel Leow, thus making R.E.A.L Kids an anchor tenant of the contemporary condominium.

“Having a quality early childhood education provider like R.E.A.L Kids on board is definitely beneficial to our residential community.

“With many young families calling this place home, the convenience of preschool education right at their doorstep and within a stone’s throw of SRJK (C) Wangsa Maju would surely add value to their overall quality of life,” Pang said.

“In fact, this is the first time that we are partnering with a preschool provider to open a centre within one of our residential projects.

“Therefore, we are pleased to have a home-grown brand like R.E.A.L Kids which we believe will help to strengthen our footing as a premier developer of choice through building, caring and growing together.

“Hence, this collaboration by two major players in their respective industries would complement each other in realising our common goals of exploring new possibilities and catering to the evolving needs of our customers,” he explained.

“The coming together of both R.E.A.L and Platinum Victory is a fitting and mutually-beneficial partnership.

“It is a relatively unique concept for an established preschool education provider to open a centre within a condominium complex as most of our centres are purpose-built and located on landed properties.

“This exciting collaboration has also opened the door for R.E.A.L to expand into the Setapak market for the first time,”Ee said.

“With Platinum Victory being a market leader by virtue of its significant presence in Setapak, this venture is indeed an ideal proposition for both parties as we seek to meet our respective customers’ needs.

PV21 Platinum Lake Condominium was officially launched in 2013 with a total of 965 units that have all been sold out.

It is a 4.5-acre, self-contained development that offers the lifestyle and conveniences of urban living through a range of modern amenities and services. To date, it has emerged as a landmark in Setapak with occupancy of approximately 5,000 residents.
