BANDAR BARU BANGI: The new year brings refreshed ambitions for aspiring homebuyers in Malaysia to realise their homeownership goal. Understanding the needs of young professionals and families, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), has recently added to its portfolio of affordable contemporary homes with the launch of Intana Ria 3 in Seksyen 7, Bandar Baru Bangi.

“Home ownership as part of the development of the Selangor state continues to be our priority at PKNS. Intana Ria 3 represents PKNS’ commitment towards providing affordable housing for the people of Bangi and surrounding areas. Our presence in developing Bangi spans 25 years and is one of PKNS's success stories in terms of township developments.

“With the growth of industrial areas surrounding Bangi over the years, we are confident this residential development will complement Bangi’s business side by providing housing for young families interested to make Bangi their home,” said PKNS chief executive officer Datuk Mahmud Abbas.

Built on 2.82 acres, Intana Ria 3 has a gross development value of RM78mil. The 13-storey development houses 200 units priced from RM399,000 to RM423,000 which positions the project as a low-density affordable development within a guarded community.

Intana Ria 3 is the final phase of the Intana Ria residential project developed by PKNS in Bandar Baru Bangi which began in 1998. Comprising a built-up size of 907 sq ft for Types A1 and A2, units feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an allocation of two parking bays each.

Designed with an open space concept, units offer the modern family greater flexibility in terms of space usage reflected in the spacious layout of the living room, dining area and kitchen.

Designated entrances of rooms offer more privacy, while natural lighting with good ventilation is integrated through the strategic placement of windows around the unit, with high ceilings.

Shared facilities for community living include a swimming pool, outdoor gymnasium, musolla space, reading room, multipurpose hall and children’s playground.

Surrounded by the self-sufficient township of Bandar Baru Bangi, Intana Ria 3 is served by a complete array of neighbourhood facilities and amenities including government schools, mosques, F&B retail outlets, healthcare institutions and government offices.

With business and industrial areas nearby, employment opportunities are present for adults, in addition to academic institutions for families with children such as tertiary education institution, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) which is located a stone’s throw away.

Accessibility is another key aspect taken into consideration for the development. Intana Ria 3 residents can expect an abundance of public transportation options with the Kajang KTM station, Kajang MRT station, as well as the RapidKL bus service.

The development’s connectivity to other parts of greater KL is enabled through easy access to the Kajang-Silk Highway, MEX Highway and Kajang-Seremban Highway. For more information, visit https://bit.ly/PKNSIntanaRia3 or call 03-5022 0189.
