The township Setia Safiro, designed with a luxurious Spanish ambience, is set to welcome another phase, namely Amadeo, which means passion for life and living.
Located in Cyberjaya and to be built by Malaysia’s leading listed real estate developer SP Setia Bhd, the latest addition to the freehold township development will complement the opulence of the 57-acre township.
Amadeo, the third collection of double-storey linked homes, consists of 60 units in Phase 3A and 38 units in Phase 3B. Both phases of Amadeo have a combined estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM105mil.
With a starting price of RM 853,240, the units have built-ups of 2,260 sq ft to 2,300 sq ft, and each comes with a land size of 22 ft x 70 ft. Each home will comprise four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Upgraders and young families can take advantage of the incentives provided by the extended HOC, said Goh.
“We are excited to launch Amadeo, which is built on a higher ground and closer to the 4.8-acre Safiro Parque, making it the premium series of linked homes among the previous phases.
“Amadeo is also the first 22 ft x 70 ft series to be launched as 328 residential units from previous launches sized at 20 ft x 70 ft have been fully sold,” said divisional general manager Goh Tzen Sernz.
Amadeo, built on 8.47 acres of freehold land, is targeted to be completed by 2024. The show units are now available for viewing at Setia Eco Glades Sales Gallery.
Well-situated within Cyberjaya, Amadeo is expected to attract first-time homebuyers and upgraders from neighbouring mature towns such as Puchong, Subang Jaya, Seri Kembangan, Dengkil and Petaling Jaya.

“With the extension of the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) until end-2021, we anticipate that more upgraders and young families will be taking the opportunity to own a new home in Cyberjaya while enjoying the benefits of the stamp duty exemption and low interest rates,” added Goh.
Setia Safiro was first launched in July 2019 and has a GDV of RM750mil. The themed township with a gated-and-guarded community is landscaped to offer a garden concept, as well as to provide its residents walkability with bridges connecting across waterways and pocket parks that link each parcel of the township.
Residents will also find an abundance of green features such as a Linear Landscape Park, a unique 738m long cascading waterway, and Safiro Parque, which sits at the highest point of Setia Safiro.
Spanish mosaic is paved along the majestic stairway, the Grand Steps which leads to the Alcazar Fountain.
Among the Spanish elements incorporated into the details of Setia Safiro’s landscaping are the Spanish artistic mosaic seen on the majestic Grand Steps stairway and the Alcazar Fountain at the peak of the hill.
