KUALA LUMPUR: Park Regent, ParkCity’s joint venture development with CapitaLand, achieved strong sales at its priority launch last weekend (July 27 & 28).
Over 70% of the 505 residential units were sold as at the second day of the launch. ParkCity Group group CEO Datuk Joseph Lau said: “Desa ParkCity is currently home to an international community of approximately 16,000 residents. About 80% of these are Malaysians, while the balance is made up of a wide array of nationalities and expatriates.
“Park Regent reflects ParkCity and CapitaLand’s commitment to creating differentiated products that suit the needs of customers."
Ronald Tay, CEO of CapitaLand Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia for residential and retail, said: “The keen interest from homebuyers attests to the attractive qualities of Park Regent — well-designed; excellently located within one of the most coveted neighbourhoods in Malaysia’s capital; and supported by a host of community amenities and green spaces.
“We are confident that Park Regent will continue to see strong sales interest both locally and internationally.”
Located in Desa ParkCity, Park Regent offers six apartment types, ranging from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom units. The development is scheduled for completion in 2023.
Prices start from RM860,000 and apartment sizes range from 872 sq ft for a one-bedroom apartment to 4,887 sq ft for a four-bedroom unit.
A total of 80% of Part Regent buyers are locals whilst the remaining ones are other nationalities including expatriates. Overlooking a scenic lake, the two-tower residential development is situated close to dining and retail outlets as well as international schools.
Designed by Serie+Multiply—a joint venture between London-based Serie Architects and Singapore-based Multiply Architects, Park Regent is designed for residents to connect with their families and recharge whilst enjoying the tranquil greenery of its surroundings.
All ParkRegent’s apartments will come with balconies for quiet respite while the larger three-bedroom and four-bedroom units will have private lift lobbies. Facilities includes the Sky Gardens on the rooftop the two towers and the infinity pool.
