Seamless transition from hotel to exclusive Hill10 residences
Conceptualised in 2005 as an affluent lifestyle development, i-City is now developing a tower block comprising the Double Tree by Hilton and Hill10 Residence in i-City.
The Double Tree by Hilton, a four- star hotel, will occupy the ground floor to Level 22 while the Hill10 Residence will occupy the upper floors from Level 22 Mezzanine to 43 and also the ground floor.

Right from the beginning, i-City has been conceptualised as a pioneer of modern master-plan development, and has adapted the latest technology for its commercial and residential projects, including offering fibre-optic connections.

The groundbreaking ceremony for DoubleTree by Hilton in i-City was led by the Minister of Tourism and Culture Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Abdul Aziz last year.
Furthering this strategic alliance with Hilton Worldwide, I-Bhd also inked a deal with the renowned Thailand-based shopping mall developer Central Pattana Group to co-develop the Central i-City Shopping Mall, which will be opened in October 2018.
With the establishments of the two worldwide brands of Hilton Worldwide and Central Group Thailand, and coupled with the opening of Hill10 Residence@i-City over the next two years, i-City will gain more value and appeal to investors and buyers alike.
June launch for Hill10
The 200 exclusively-limited Hill10 residences will be launched in conjunction with the StarProperty.my Fair 2017 i-City Edition, to be held from June 10 to 12 (Saturday to Monday).
