PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s 3km Beach Fun Run saw over 200 participants at Tropicana Cenang, Langkawi, continuing the momentum of its Tropicana go-go-FIT campaign.
The campaign included a fun run, kite-flying and a chime workshop along with health and diet assessments such as body mass index assessments as well as diet and spine checks.
“The Tropicana team was delighted to engage with the Langkawi community in this beach fun run, towards cultivating health and fitness as a natural and daily part of our lives. Looking at its resounding success, we are deeply appreciative of the support shown by the tourists and Langkawi community for this event that saw young and old alike joining in the fun,” Tropicana senior managing director of marketing and sales Joanne Lee said.
The first hundred participants received 1,000 T Privilege points in the Tropicana 360 mobile app. These points are redeemable for lifestyle rewards with T Privilege’s range of merchant partners, which are available for fashion, dining, fitness, home and living brands at Tropicana Gardens Mall, Tropicana Golf and Country Resort, Courtyard by Marriott Penang and W Kuala Lumpur.
The event was organised in collaboration with running app JomRun, with Ultron as the official apparel partner.
