KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Property has announced its partnership with RHB Banking Group for its new home financing initiative, RHB MyHome app, aimed at facilitating the home loan application process for its customers.

In recent months, developers reported tightening bank loans as an obstacle to watch out for in the home financing process; the initiative aims to provide a bridge between the bank and the customer.

Features of the RHB MyHome App include allowing customers to track the progress of their loan applications, check their home financing eligibility, submit required documents to RHB and more. Customers will also receive updates on the latest interest rates through the app.

The RHB MyHome App directs them to dedicated RHB mortgage specialists for a personalised experience where they will always be in the know on the latest financing options and their eligibility.

We believe this collaboration, which is applicable to all our property projects, will not only provide greater convenience and value for our customers who are looking to secure the most competitive financing for their new home but also simplify the homeownership experience for them,” OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin said.

The initiative applies to all OSK Property developments such as Shorea Park in Puchong, LEA by the Hills in Taman Melawati, Iringan Bayu township in Seremban, Rubica in Butterworth and Yarra Park township in Sungai Petani.
