Niche island offerings: Runnymede Group crafts three luxury properties within the Pearl of the Orient

RUNNYMEDE Group of Companies is a niche property developer in Malaysia with projects in Penang and Klang Valley as well as in Australia. The nature of its developments include commercial and residential properties.
Among Runnymede's completed projects are the Giant Kota Damansara Mall in Klang Valley, Menara KWSP in George Town, as well as The Sanctuary Bungalows and Vilaris Courtyard Homes in Penang.
Exclusive homes on Penang Island
The Sanctuary by Runnymede on Penang Island is situated in Batu Uban. Spanning over 27.8 acres of premium elevated freehold land, The Sanctuary holds three distinct developments – The Sanctuary Bungalows, Vilaris Courtyard Homes and Triuni Residences.
The exclusive estate is gated and guarded, and accessible via Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu expressway.

The next phase of this development is the Vilaris Courtyard Homes, which incorporates an elegant modern rendition of traditional Peranakan design.
As part of The Sanctuary master plan, the Vilaris is set to replicate the success and celebrated appeal of The Sanctuary bungalows. It also marks the final phase of landed properties of this precinct.
The development is crafted with 56 units of three-storey landed courtyard homes extended across a 5.3-acre elevated luxury parcel.
Vilaris is designed as a freehold strata development, with each unit assigned an individual title. Each unit comes with a generous footprint of 24 by 80ft and built-ups ranging from 3,940 to 5,264 sq ft.

Triuni's three towers
Currently only one of the three towers within Triuni has been launched. This tower named Anthemis offers 176 units of property distributed across 22 storeys.
Units are orientated towards North or South with some of them able to enjoy the morning sun and others enjoying the views of the Penang Straits and the Penang Bridge or the Penang Straits and Bukit Jambul.
Triuni offers a choice of four layouts with built-ups ranging from 1,130 to 1,916 sq ft, while duplex units on the uppermost floor are offered in layouts between 2,594 and 3,897 sq ft.
All units are designed with spacious corridors and a void in-between to facilitate ventilation and streaming of natural light. This renders every unit as a semi-detached or detached home and optimises privacy for residents.
Anthemis features a minimum of three- plus-one bedroom and two baths as well as two covered parking bays with some units having storage facilities at basement levels. Designer kitchen cabinets with hob and hood are also offered as an introductory campaign.
