WHEN you get home from a hard day at work, all you want is to relax and unwind in the comfort of your own space.

Launched at the Starproperty.my Fair 2017 i-City Edition, the fully furnished Hill10 Residence is inspired by the Hilton group of hotels’ concept of luxurious hotel living.

“The sophisticated and luxurious aspects of Hill10 Residence will appeal to homebuyers who recognise the comfort and luxury of Hilton hotel living, as well as those who are technology savvy with a taste in comfortable and advanced urban living lifestyle,” Ong added.

I-Bhd deputy chairman Datuk Eu Hong Chew said units would be in the same building as the DoubleTree by Hilton in i-City, with the hotel occupying the ground floor to Level 22 while Hill10 Residence will be from Level 22 Mezzanine to Level 43.

“The tower block housing Hill10 Residence and DoubleTree by Hilton is expected to be completed in 2020.

“Hill10 Residence is already open for registration and the investment for each unit begins at RM500,000,” he said.

Eu also said i-City was the first developer to offer smart and luxury homes like the Hill10 Residence that were IoT-ready.

“We believe IoT-ready homes will be the upcoming development trend in Malaysia’s housing industry.

“It will even become the standard development feature for all housing developments in the next decade,” he added.

The three-day fair, which is jointly organised by Star Media Group Bhd and I-Bhd, also showcases other developments such as 8Kia Peng, Parisien Tower, Hyde, Liberty Tower and i-Suite.
