The reality of Eco World's developments is surpassing imagination.

Eco World Development Group Bhd is truly a leader when it comes to developing astoundingly well-planned townships. The developer's efforts in repeatedly producing successful townships were recognised at the StarProperty.my Awards 2016 as the company won two Excellence awards for Eco Sanctuary in Teluk Panglima Garang and Eco Botanic, in Nusajaya, Johor.
Through Eco World International, the brand has also extended its reach to London, United Kingdom and Sydney, Australia.

At the StarProperty.my Awards 2016, the developer had won two awards named “The Earth Conscious Award” for Eco Botanic and “The Cornerstone Award Best Landed Development” for Eco Sanctuary.

Eco Botanic is located in Nusajaya Johor and is spread across a 325-acres spread of freehold land offering Cluster, Semi-D, Superlink and Bungalow homes and the target group of this township is medium to high-end property buyers as well as middle-aged expatriates. The properties within this distinguished township are sold from RM1.4mil onwards, and are available in sizes ranging between 2,300 sq ft and 6,500 sq ft. This township holds a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.8bil and is targeted for completion in the year 2021.
The other development by Eco World to have won an award at the StarProperty.my awards 2016 is Eco Sanctuary, a 308-acres gated-and-guarded township development, planned according to Green Mark standards which have been adopted at the onset of master planning. Eco Sanctuary is located close to matured townships, namely Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam, Klang, Subang Jaya, Sunway and Puchong.
Conservation of nature is part of the Eco World's corporate charter. Eco Sanctuary collaborated with the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) to perform a site inventory in Eco Sanctuary and had identified 1,067 trees encompassing 52 species to be transplanted. To date, about 700 of trees have been transplanted to suitable areas within the township to enhance boulevards and parks. Conservation is a long-term commitment of Eco World in Eco Sanctuary, yet the developers' efforts are already bearing fruit, as even though work is on-going, the company has seen fauna returning to the development site.
Eco Sanctuary offers two key parcels dubbed the Monterey Parcel and the Terraza Parcel. The Monterey Parcel offers larger Bungalow and Semi-D homes sized between 2,700 sq ft and 4,400 sq ft while the Terraza Parcel holds smaller and more practically sized terrace villas offered in sizes ranging between 2,500 sq ft and 2,900 sq ft.
Located south of Kota Kemuning, the project enjoys superior connectivity via Klang Valley’s major expressways network namely KESAS, LKSA, ELITE, SKVE and the proposed West-Coast Expressway. By car, Eco Sanctuary is 10-15 minutes to Shah Alam Town Centre, Subang, Puchong, Klang and Petaling Jaya. It is not more than 30 minutes to KLIA and Banting and 35 minutes to KL City Centre. Come 2016, the link road currently under construction will open up the access to Elite from Eco Sanctuary.
