PETALING JAYA: AYER Holdings Bhd (AYER), formerly known as TAHPS Group Bhd is in the process of restructuring its master plan in Bukit Puchong to continue to maintain more sustainable growth in the future.
“The company will have more launches of sales and activities at Bukit Puchong this year as it had 600 acres of land bank in and around Bukit Puchong,” said AYER group chief executive officer (CEO) Eugene Khoo Kong Hooi.
"We are now in the next stage of planning with consultants for the development of a 'fresh' municipality. Also, we are also focusing on other components such as healthcare, education and recreation as an effort to increase our public value,” he added.
At Bukit Puchong alone, Eugene said the company built around 7,000 homes, commercial units and industrial buildings up to now.
In unveiling the new brand to the media and close business partners and associates at the introduction of its latest property brand, AYER, at the company’s Bukit Hitam Development Sales Gallery, Khoo told reporters that the rebranding exercise will encompass both development activities as well as land holdings.
The group had obtained shareholders approval at an extraordinary general meeting last month to change its name from TAHPS Group Bhd to AYER Holdings Bhd. The group holds the largest freehold undeveloped land bank in Puchong which is around 600 acres within its Bukit Puchong township.
Khoo said the group’s offerings would from now on be branded under AYER, the real estate brand. As such, Bukit Puchong shall be known as “Bukit Puchong by AYER”.
