PETALING JAYA: Mitraland gifted a residential unit of Gravit8 worth RM400,000 to one lucky winner in the live draw event last Saturday.

Mitraland Group general manager Tan Chee Hoaw said Gravit8 is a mixed development project consisting of serviced apartments, retail outlets, a mall, corporate offices, small offices / versatile offices (SOVO) and a boutique hotel.
According to Tan, the project sits on 23 acres of lan with an estimated Gross Development Value of RM1.3bil. Consisting of eight blocks, Gravit8 has four serviced apartment blocks, two SOVOs, one office block, one hotel and two levels of retail. It is currently being sold at RM500 per sq ft.
Tan also highlighted the eight-acre lake park in the middle of the development as among the selling point of Gravit8. He said the area was chosen based on the potential of the 1mil population in Klang.
“We believe that serviced apartments, with their three-tier security system, is also much safer compared to landed properties,” said Tan, adding that the Phase 2A of the development, consisting of two towers, Nardica and Adria had been completely sold out.
The event was closely monitored by Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng, an accountancy and business advisory firm to ensure that all stages of the contest were conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
