PETALING JAYA: Black Card Platform and Mayland Group (Mayland) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen the collaboration for their project in Country Heights Damansara.
Representing Black Card Platform was its founder Datuk Howard Chew while Mayland was represented by its managing director Datuk Kevin Woo.
As a platform for real estate investing and wealth leveraging, the Black Card Platform provides subscribers with deals for building, buying, selling and renting, aiming to build the personal and business branding potential of their clients.
Mayland, a property developer specialising in serviced apartments, has created developments in prime areas such as Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya and Johor.
In line with the MoU, both parties will increase their collaboration on the development of Hampton Damansara, a freehold and high-rise development at Country Heights Damansara. Black Card Platform will provide subscription entitlement to every purchase of the unit.
The MoU is believed to contribute to more growth and prosperity for all parties involved.
