KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has launched Block A of Levia Residence located at Jalan Kuari, Cheras to a strong reception where its Type A has been fully taken up. With a gross development value of RM523mil, Levia Residence is a residential-titled development spanning 4.7 acres and comprises two towers with 36 storeys.

Both types C and D feature three bathrooms.
