KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (Matrix Concepts) and WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd (Five Senses) announced a groundbreaking partnership today, introducing the first-ever 4-star Smart Concierge Services Kiosk integrated with the Horosys mobile app in a residential development. The memorandum of agreement was signed by Matrix Concepts central region property development general manager Joshua Liew and WIT Ventures managing director Calvin Thow. The signing ceremony was attended by the co-chief executive officer in the property development division of Matrix Concepts Chai Keng Wai, team members of WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd, press members and guests. The collaboration showcases Matrix Concepts' commitment to integrating smart solutions and providing modern amenities that cater to the needs of urban residents.
Introducing the Horosys Mobile App
Five Senses also unveiled the Horosys app, designed to transform visitor management. Seamlessly integrated with the kiosk, Horosys allows residents to manage all features remotely, including guest registration. Visitors simply scan a QR code upon arrival to receive secure access exclusively to the resident's designated floor and unit. This innovative system provides superior convenience and enhanced security. From scheduling maintenance to overseeing entry permissions, the Horosys app empowers residents with control and connectivity.
