SEREMBAN: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (Matrix Concepts) has unveiled its limited edition Resort Villa, a selection of upmarket homes designed for luxury living.
Hosting an exclusive appreciation night for members of the media, the unveiling of the Resort Villa show unit in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban, offered a tantalising glimpse into the highly anticipated luxury project. About 150 exclusive attendees from several media publications experienced a firsthand preview of the luxurious home.
Matrix Concepts group chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai said the project, with an estimated gross development value of RM135.9mil, only has 34 units carefully designed to blend elegance with comfort and luxury serenity. The 16-acre freehold development offers three types of layouts for phases one and two which is expected to be completed by mid-2026.

Chai explained that the Resort Villa is located in the heart of Bandar Sri Sendayan and is the epitome of convenience and luxury living.
