PETALING JAYA: The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic topic will undoubtedly take centre stage at the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (Rehda) Institute's annual Housing Conference.
The two-day event, which will be held this on Nov 26 and 27, will take place via a Zoom webinar from 9am to 1pm.
Titled Beyond the Pandemic - Reshaping Real Estate, the highlights of this year’s conference includes discussions on the real estate market performance and an outlook in Asia Pacific and Malaysia.
The conference may also examine the vision and challenges of the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040.
The session on Real Estate Resilience - The Key To Survival will compare the effects of the pandemic compared to previous recessions and discuss ways recovery can be accelerated as 2021 approaches.
Other pertinent questions to be answered include the prevalence of remote working and e-commerce impacting future trends in real estate.
The event is hosted by Rehda Institute with Maybank serving as the financing partner and StarProperty as a media partner.
