PETALING JAYA: Margarana DreamCity Ltd (MDC) has launched the world’s first Universal Innergy City at Bali, Indonesia with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of USD5 billion. The project combines the universal positive energy through a wind tower drawing the positive ‘chi’ into a green city development known as Innergy City.

According to statement, the development will include the world first Innergy Tower, 100 acres of Movie Studio, hotels & resorts, Stone Age Park and more.

The development is situated at Buleleng province, Northern of Bali with a total land size of 610 acres and the development is expected to transform the landscape of Northern Bali, therefore supporting the vision of Indonesian Government and the Ministry of Tourism to develop the northern area of Bali into another world class tourism hub.

The launching was witnessed by HE Ambassador of Indonesia to Malaysia, H.E. Herman Prayitno and Vice Minister for the Ministry of Tourism, Indonesia, Dr. H. Sapta Nirwandar, and a live video endorsement from IR.H.M. Idris Laena (Member of Parliament of Indonesia) and Roem Kono (Head of In-House Affairs Committee of Indonesia).

The event also included the official global partnership signing ceremony with global renowned companies from nine countries.

MCM had been appointed as the exclusive Project Management Consultant (PMC) for this project in Bali and will be extending the project investment opportunity to its GIC members through the time-proven and Shariah Compliance Joint-Development Investment Strategy.

The official launching and global partnership signing ceremony event was attended by 400 investors and strategic partners globally.
