PETALING JAYA: Majestic Gen has successfully topped out the Majestic Residence, a freehold development near Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. The fully sold serviced apartment development is expected to be completed by 1Q of 2026.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM 384 million, Majestic Residence spans 0.66 acres and features 478 units.
