PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd has once again won the Top-of-the-Chart Award at the MDA 2024, in addition to securing a bronze at the HR Excellence Awards 2024.
Group founder and managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the MDA Award reflected the trust and confidence placed in the developer.

Group chief executive officer and executive director Datuk Voon Tin Yow received the award from Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming, who was accompanied by MDA chief judges Prof Yeah Kim Leng and Datuk Jayaselan Navaratnam, International Real Estate Federation FIABCI Malaysian Chapter (FIABCI Malaysia) president Dr Yu Kee Su and Star Media Group chief executive officer Chan Seng Fatt.
Mah Sing’s senior management team was also present during the award presentation to celebrate this remarkable milestone.
The group also said that winning the HR Excellence Awards (Bronze) for Excellence in CSR Strategy is a testament to the positive results that Mah Sing’s initiatives have created for both the company and stakeholders, highlighting its dedication to creating meaningful and lasting value through responsible and impactful efforts.
