KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd celebrates its 11th time winning the Building and Construction (BCI) Asia’s Top 10 Developers in Malaysia 2022 award.
The award ceremony was held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur, recognising Mah Sing’s sustainability and green building efforts through its participating projects, M Aruna Phase 3 Delphy and Meridin East Phase 1 and 2 Erica.
The award is determined by developers’ efforts to create a positive social and environmental impact on development, as well as the project’s gross development value (GDV).
“It is not easy keeping up with the continuous achievement, however at Mah Sing, we strive to maintain the quality of our project developments and deliver the best product possible to the market. In terms of the long-term viability of a property business and a sustainable organisation, we scrutinise every detail to ensure the final product launch is the best,” Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said.
He noted that the Mah Sing team had put a lot of effort into ESG practices and meeting the sustainable development goals (SDG) goals.

We have been focusing on creating spaces by providing practical design and layout, as well as improving the lives of our customers by building healthy communities and environments in strategic locations,” Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said.
M Aruna Phase 3 Delphy comprises 177 units of double-storey link homes located in Rawang, with prices starting from RM662,800. It achieved a QLASSIC score of 75%, reflecting the quality of construction workmanship. At the same time, Meridin East Phase 1 and Phase 2 Erica is a 1,313 acres gated township with a lake garden concept located in Johor.
Jotun general sales manager Kenny B, Mah Sing sales and marketing general manager Angela Chong, Asia BCI Central emerging market general manager Pietter Sanjaya and BCI Central Malaysia general manager Kok Sook Leng were also present at the awards ceremony.
