KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd celebrates its first topping up ceremony of the year with Tower A of M Vertica, signifying the completion of the structure. The mixed development features family-friendly layout units designed for contemporary urban families, with built-ups ranging from 850 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. M Vertica also boasts the tallest residential tower in Cheras and one of the largest landscaped and facilities decks among KL’s high-rise projects.
With a gross development value of approximately RM2.2bil, M Vertica comprises five towers and will stand at around 54 storeys high upon completion of all towers. So far, the development has achieved 92% take-up for the first three towers, but homebuyers still have the opportunity to own the remaining choice units in Tower D.
Mah Sing group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said: “We are pleased to kick start 2021 with the topping up ceremony of Tower A, which our home buyers of phase one can expect to move in very soon in early 2023.” He added that the upcoming launch of Tower E is also expected to happen in Q2 this year.
In conjunction with the topping up ceremony, Mah Sing also announced that the phase one of M Vertica had successfully recorded over 1.8 million safe manhours without lost time injury. In addition, Mah Sing is expected to celebrate the topping up for M Centura within the first quarter of the year.
