RAWANG: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has unveiled the brand new M Panora sales gallery, its fourth township in Rawang. Located northwest of Kuala Lumpur, M Panora spans 45.38 acres, with an estimated gross development value of RM300mil.
The low-density project consists of 396 units of double-storey super link homes. There are two unit types, each with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and indicative built-up ranging from 1,770 sq ft to 2,026 sq ft. Additionally, each house can hold out a 24ft-wide frontage that can fit two cars easily.
Mah Sing founder Tan Sri Datuk Sri Leong Hoy Kum said: “In line with better economy and property outlook, we will also continue to maintain the momentum that we have gained so far, and strive to achieve our higher sales target of RM1.6bil this year, with 91% of products priced below RM700,000 and 51% below RM500,000.”
The homes are surrounded by 31% of lush greenery, added Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang. Additionally, the project will see five acres of themed garden consist of Zen & Fun Spaces that cater for all generations of residents.
M Panora has an indicative starting price of RM650,000 and is planned for launch in the third quarter of 2021. Also present at the officiating ceremony were Mah Sing chief operating officer Yeoh Chee Beng and sales and marketing general manager Angela Chong.
