PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) was crowned as one of the trusted brands at the 2023 Putra Aria Brand Awards under Property Development. The award was organised by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As) and winners were selected via consumer surveys to establish among others the consumers’ impression, familiarity, and experience with the brands.
Group founder and managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the group is grateful to their customers for the recognition and trust in Mah Sing.
“Our understanding of customers' needs and our nimble business strategy to changing market needs allow us to develop quality products with lifestyle features that are suitable for all walks of life. We will continue to create developments that add value to our customers’ life beyond a home,” Leong added.
The group has employed strategies to enhance customer experience notably through technologies. It has introduced a digital homeownership journey for customers via the My MahSing app, enabling purchasers to receive quarterly construction updates, view their account statements and make payments, book facilities, register their visitors and contractors, and make an appointment for Vacant Possession.
Through the Mah Sing First campaign, the developer has offered first time homebuyer perks such as free stamp duty, low down payment and other attractive incentives. The campaign is due at the end of January.
