KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has launched its Home Ownership Made Easy (Home) campaign to address home buyer concerns about saving up for down payments, applying for stringent loans and paying monthly housing instalments.
Running from July 1 to Sept 30, the campaign offers home buyers zero down-payment, free stamp duty, easier loan approval and lower monthly instalment.
“We aimed to design a sales campaign which is able to address the home buyers' pain points, yet complement the range of projects offered by Mah Sing to meet the demand of the current market,” Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said.
“Supported by the continuous economic recovery, we believe there will also be a pent-up demand for affordable properties in strategic locations with good accessibility and ready amenities. We are confident that Mah Sing Home will provide more sales impetus for our products and (we are) on track to achieve our RM2 billion new property sales target for 2022,” he added.
Due to the positive response to its M-series of developments, Mah Sing is actively looking into land acquisition. Having announced M Minori last week, Mah Sing acquired three new lands in 2021.
These include Phase 1 of M Senyum in Salak Tinggi, comprising 262 units of double-storey link homes that were 100% taken up during its launch in May, while M Astra in Setapak and M Nova in Kepong are open for registration of interest.
Mah Sing sales and marketing senior general manager Chris Chen, property subsidiary chief executive officer Yeoh Chee Beng, chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang, property subsidiary chief executive officer Benjamin Ong Chin Yee and branding and strategic marketing general manager Bernard Yong were also present at the launch.
