SELANGOR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) celebrated the year of the Water Rabbit with its Chinese New Year (CNY) Tu (兔) Be With You 2023 over the weekend at Southville City sales gallery, its largest township development in Klang Valley.
Attended by Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum and Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang, the event had a 24 Seasons drum performance, an acrobatic lion dance performance and an appearance by the fortune rabbit. Other activities include tarot card readings, do-it-yourself fan paintings, a stage magic show and yee sang tossing reception led by Leong and the Mah Sing senior management.
The event also showcased Mah Sing’s CNY theme song performed by Malaysian singer Crystal Liew Yen Yen and Astro Classic Golden Melody 2022 winner Yu Xiang.
Southville City has an estimated population of 69,000 and consists of landed properties, high-rise residential and over 100 retail shops.
Mah Sing held CNY open houses in other sales galleries, namely Ferringhi Residence 2, M Arisa, Meridin East, M Panora, M Astra, M Vertica, M Nova and M Oscar.
